One Year Money Back Guarantee
During the first year after the date of your purchase, you may return the Duplimate®
for a refund of your purchase price, less documented shipping and customs or customs brokerage fees.
24 Month Parts & Service Warranty
The two year warranty covers repair and replacement of any faulty parts or manufacturing
failure. It does not cover issues of normal wear and use, nor does it cover shipping charges
to or from Duplimate US (Wilmington, DE USA).

Service Contracts
For piece of mind after your 24 months warranty has expired you can purchase a service
contract to cover the labor cost associted with diagnosis and repair. It does not cover the cost
of parts or shipping. Anyone with a service contract is welcome and encouraged to take advantage of an
annual inspection and cleaning at no additional cost.
Non-contract Service
Non-contract service is available at a minimum cost of twice an annual service contract. No parts
or shipping fees are included.
In Person Service
On-Site service calls may be arranged in some areas of the Mid-Atlantic States or in person at various ACBL
tournaments. No one is guaranteed on-site service, but we do our best to satisfy Duplimate® owners.
Ten Year Parts Availability
Parts are guaranteed to be available for at least ten years after purchase of a new machine.
